#  We are opening a new chapter of our story under the name ARKERO GROUP.

We are proud to announce that we now operate under the name **ARKERO GROUP, SE**, replacing the former designation **ITS Group, SE**.

 

This change is not merely formal – it represents a natural step in the continued development of our group and the strengthening of its position in international markets. We are also proud to introduce a new visual identity that will be reflected across all companies within the group.

The ownership structure, legal continuity of the company, contractual relationships, and responsibilities toward our business partners remain fully unchanged.

To ensure clarity and transparency, please find below a structured overview of what is changing and what remains the same – both at the group level and at the level of individual companies within the group.

- Invoicing details (new company name, same address)

- Email domain: **<surname@arkerogroup.com>** instead of **<surname@its-group.cz>**

What remains unchanged?

- Ownership structure, legal form and legal continuity of the company, VAT ID, company identification data, registered office, and bank details
- Our values
- Our team and established way of cooperation
- All valid contracts, obligations, delivery terms, and agreed commercial conditions

- Visual presentation of individual group companies in line with the new visual identity (logos, graphic materials, presentations, and other communication elements)

- Legal names of individual companies
- Invoicing details, company registration numbers, bank details, and payment terms
- Validity of all contracts, obligations, and agreements
- Contact persons, sales teams, customer service, and technical support
