Nexis Fibers Celebrates a Successful Cup Final
As the proud title sponsor, Nexis Fibers is honored to support one of the region’s most important football traditions — the Nexis Fibers Cup. The 46th edition once again highlighted the passion and unity that local football brings to communities across the Humenné area. The competition is also the second-oldest football cup in Slovakia, highlighting its rich tradition and important place in the history of regional sport.
This year’s final, played on May 1, 2026, in Snina, featured TJ Slovan Lobe Nižná Sitnica and TJ Tvarona Ulič. In a closely fought match, Ulič secured a narrow 1:0 victory thanks to an early goal, showing strong discipline and experience.
