At HESTEGO, we push the boundaries of industrial machining. The HESTEGO ETTIN Router is our new CNC machine that combines power, precision, and flexibility to meet every manufacturing challenge.
The machine was developed in cooperation with industry experts, the Czech Technical University (CTU), and the RCMT research center, and is the result of several years of intensive development and testing. Its robust construction, modern TwinCAT control system, and large working area make it possible to machine even the most demanding and large-scale parts. The HESTEGO ETTIN Router handles milling, cutting, creasing, and other operations in a single machine, while safety sensors and intuitive touch-screen control ensure comfortable and safe operation.
The key advantage of the HESTEGO ETTIN Router lies in its unique system of two independently operating axes, which significantly increases machining flexibility and efficiency. Each axis can operate separately, allowing multiple operations or different parts of a workpiece to be processed simultaneously without compromising precision. This principle shortens production cycles, reduces downtime, and enables higher productivity even for complex and large components.
