How does robot learning work without programming?

The basis of the solution is the combination of the RoboTwin® system and the ArtiCoating® application. The operator simply performs the desired movement directly on the part. The system records the trajectory and transfers it to the robot program.

The fundamental difference compared to conventional solutions is that ArtiCoating® generates the trajectory automatically directly in its control – without the need for a PC, USB or any data exports. The entire process takes place directly at the workplace, quickly and without technical complications.

Thanks to this, the robot ITS can be taught a new application in just a few minutes – without a programmer and without knowledge of the code. In addition, the trajectory can be easily adjusted at any time by simply manually adjusting the robot, without the need to intervene in the program.

ArtiCoating® takes care of the painting process itself – from application control to spray quality optimization. Together with RoboTwin®, it forms a full-fledged solution for powder and wet painting, suitable even for complex parts and demanding operations. The ArtiCoating® robotic application can be integrated into existing painting lines within a few days, which is advantageous for a wide range of operations.
